1. Digital Ticketing & Check-In

No physical tickets are posted for events or tournaments.
Your order confirmation email serves as your proof of purchase. Please provide your QR code during registration on the day of the event to check in with staff.
Selecting a shipping option at checkout does not result in a physical ticket being dispatched.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, tickets for events held on a specific date are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. However, as a gesture of goodwill:
- More than 7 days before the event: Cancellations requested more than 7 days prior to the event start time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method or in-store credit.
- Within 7 days of the event: Tickets cancelled within 7 days of the event are non-refundable unless your space can be filled by another player from the reserve list. Because event prize pools and tournament support are calculated from confirmed player numbers, late refunds directly reduce the prize pool for the other attendees.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend an event without prior notice is non-refundable.
Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your ticket to another player free of charge prior to the event by emailing [email protected] with your order number and the new attendee's full name and contact details.

Certain events and tournaments require a minimum number of participants to go ahead (as specified on the individual event listing).
7-Day Viability Check: Participant numbers are reviewed 7 days prior to the event to ensure the minimum attendance threshold has been met. If the required number of players has not been reached by this point, the event may be cancelled and all registered players will be notified promptly.
If Imperial Games cancels or postpones an event for any reason (including insufficient player numbers), all ticket holders will be offered the choice of a full refund to their original payment method or store credit.
Imperial Games Limited is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or third-party costs incurred in connection with a cancelled or rescheduled event.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event description, all monetary or flexible prize support is awarded in the form of Imperial Games Store Credit / Gift Cards, which cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional items, promo packs, or physical participation prizes require active participation in the event; purchasing a ticket without attending does not entitle the buyer to event-exclusive promotional items.

Food & Drink: Outside food and drink are strictly not permitted inside the gaming room. Food and refreshments are available to purchase in-store.
Sportsmanship & Conduct: All attendees are expected to treat fellow players, judges, and staff with respect. Unsporting behaviour, cheating, harassment, or abuse will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the venue without a refund.
Genuine Models & Cards (No Counterfeits): All TCG decks must use authentic, tournament-legal cards (no proxies or counterfeits unless explicitly stated). For wargaming events, the requirement for “official” models means genuine, non-counterfeit miniatures (i.e. no illegal recasts, knock-offs, or pirated copies) — it does not mean you must use the exact sculpt shown in the rulebook. Conversions, kitbashes, and creative alternatives are welcome, provided the model's wargear and unit type are clear to your opponent (What You See Is What You Get / WYSIWYG) or have been approved in advance by the Tournament Organiser ([email protected]).

Photographs may be taken during events for Imperial Games social media and promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let the Tournament Organiser or a member of staff know at registration.
