1. 14-Day Return Window
You may return any unopened, sealed board game, miniature kit, or accessory within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Items must remain in their original shrink-wrap and factory packaging.
2. How to Return an Item
We include a return label on all orders. This label must be used to return your items. We will not refund for other return methods.
