Imperial Games Limited operates the website and physical retail shop located at 31A & 31B Sidwell Street, Exeter, EX4 6NN. By placing an order online or visiting our premises, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and are inclusive of standard UK VAT where applicable. We accept online payments via Stripe (Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Clearpay) and we take payments by card in store.

3. Pre-Orders & Allocations

Pre-orders are paid for at the time of purchase. In the rare event of manufacturer allocation cutbacks, orders are fulfilled in strict chronological order, and any unfulfilled orders will receive a full immediate refund. We work hard to make sure this doesnt happen, but our suppliers are not perfect.

Please note: If you order in-stock items together with a pre-order, the entire parcel ships once all items are ready. To receive in-stock goods immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

4. In-Store Gaming Room Code of Conduct

Our gaming room is an inclusive, friendly community space. Harassment, unsportsmanlike behaviour, and trading of goods for cash on premises is not allowed, and damage to store terrain must be reported immediately.
